Here are a few notes on the different documents:

Supervision Agreement
The supervision agreement needs to be submitted in original with all wet signatures at our office within the first six semesters of your study. Make sure to scan the document before submitting it as you'll need the scan for the submission of your TAC meeting report on DocGS. The supervision agreement doesn't have to be submitted on DocGS. 

Confirmation of participation in scientific seminars and dissertation research
Please submit the confirmation of participation in scientific seminars as well as the confirmation of dissertation research at the end of your study. Keep in mind that only one scientific seminar per professor per semester can be credited. 

Application for Extension of Study Duration
Note that you must have completed the coursework to get your application of extension approved. If you encounter any obstacles in completing your coursework on time, please contact Raphaela and Denise.

Once you're ready to submit your thesis please refer to the list of documents you need to submit with your thesis. 

Use the cover page template provided here, filling in only the fields marked in yellow. Do not enter details for the chair or reviewers of your dissertation yet, as they have not been officially assigned and you cannot select them yourself. 
Remove all markings before submitting!

The application for the embargo period can only be submitted after your defense and only for one year at first.
